Matcha

Matcha is a usually finely ground green tea powder traditionally made from shade-grown tea leaves. Because you consume the whole leaf rather than steeping and discarding it, matcha delivers catechins such as EGCG along with caffeine and L-theanine in a compact serving. Early human and review-level evidence suggests matcha may support alertness, attention, and antioxidant intake, but it is not a cure-all and should be used thoughtfully.
