Royal Highland Estate Black Tea Blend

This loose leaf tea was blended at the requestof the Royal Household in Scotland. Robust tones of Assam, the boldness of the finest Ceylon and the smooth subtleties of Chinese Keenum, come together to create a delightfully different, rich and refreshing  cup of tea  with a wide range of flavour notes. A tea literally fit for the Queen.

ORIGIN: India (Assam), Sri Lanka (Nuwara Eliya), China (Anhui Province) 

CAFFEINE: Approx between 27- 35mg per cup

LEAVES: Blend of Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe (FBOP) and Broken Pekoe #1 (BP1), CTC and Orthodox 

AROMA: Wholesome full tea notes

COLOUR: Reddish Brown

TASTE: Full round bodied taste yielding a slight mellow astringency - great with milk
